Then it's not yours. If it was you could just reinstall the os if you don't have admin rights for whatever reason (unless mac os has a very simple hack for that like windows does) and then get rid of the filtering software.

We have already addressed this, I cant even get on things like steam and facebook from my OWN internet which is weird

I used google today in school and it was blocked under the category "Search engine"

Im not kidding. Thankfully, it was a bug and I could use it, but I had to refresh every time I clicked on a link

With my school's proxy you could get onto SMF forums just by adding a ? to the end of the url.
