Auto-kick if you don't have textures enabled

Could someone make me an addon that auto-kicks you from the server that says something like "please enable textures in options," if you don't have download textures enabled in the options.

That's fine with me.

I prefer people only joining if they download textures anyways. I have a lot of custom prints and other things that would ruin my builds if they weren't enabled.

wouldn't a mod like this reduce the average experience of blockland, just like people hosting outdated servers?
seems like badspot would be against this and take similar action to what he did with outdated servers

if people don't want to download the prints, then let them play without them, it's their choice
