Canada will pull out of the Latin Red zone, it states in a UN meeting, if communist nations vote for nay/change their vote. If the embargo passes, Canada will not pull out.
(still won't see how that would work: Brazil would be forced to embargo a joint force, Australia would be forced to embargo an active trading partner, and Canada will not be able to give submarines to U.S.)

Canada does want to retaliate against those who supplied Cuba, but it most definitely does not want to cause any war for the thrill and fun of it, no such thing.

Canada proceeds to state a forced embargo against Canada between it and its allies is... crazy and cannot be realistically followed. Canada then shows that if it felt that Iran should be deleted, and it passed through different party vote (through opinions), it cannot be realistically followed. This proposition is asking for all of Canada's allies (and trade partners) to un-ally Canada, including the United States, then embargo them.
