Advice for Incoming Freshmen

freshmen year determines your entire life. it doesn't matter what your aspirations are, if you get below a 4.0 gpa freshmen year you're loving USELESS. you are the dirt in the crevices of society. every famous person got amazing grades in freshmen year and never slacked off, because they knew if they had bad marks on their transcript they would loving DIE

Choose a high school that has the kind of students that you like.

This might not be possible where you live but it will sort of save you from the trouble of transferring to another school because the students are stupid enough that they stress you out.

try to maintain your grades above 70
plenty of good universities accept with over 70% as your grades.

aim for like 80-90 for early acceptance though.

good luck mate don't stress over the first two years.

In our high-school anything below a 73% is failing. I always get better than an 85% except in French class because I suck at it.

I don't have a choice in which high-school I go to. I live in a place that has to have 7 schools going to the same high-school since our population is very small.

in my school anything below 65% is failing.

My school system has always been pretty strict when it comes to academics. I guess that's why our school system is the best in the state. But when you live in state that has the second lowest population in the U.S.A  it isn't much of an accomplishment.
