i dont know anything about medicine or the body but maybe like, he went into shock when he hanged himself and that caused heart damage? i dont know though, this might be bullstuff

it's disgusting that some of you guys are actually serious about wishing he was dead. seriously, this kid is 11 years old. im pretty sure that 11 year olds aren't known for good judgement, and he also has an uncle that's part of this fandom thing, which means he probably thinks it's cool.  while this article is probably heavily editorialized and there's probably more to this attempted Self Delete than what seems, the fact remains that you starfishs are wishing death on an 11 year old kid.
