Also none of these games are on steam the Fallouts are on a GoG account which has like 10 other free games and sim city 4 is a key code.

yeah I think they are the 20 dollar ones but apparently you need steam client installed on your computer for a steam key. So I can't do a steam key sadly, :(

You should probably tell them to delete your internet browsers and unplug their wifi. It's the next logical step to a make-it-yourself-shut-in.
