The closest thing you could get to this automatically would be Ephialtes making something that looks through all the servers running RTB for him.

If I were Badspot, I'd have issues with being followed around to every server.  Already happens sometimes, but with a 'Badspot pedestal' under me, it'd be utterly horrible.
