Mount and blade's AI tends to be stuff
they tend to run straight at things instead of having an actual pathing system
which tends to make them run into walls, friendlies, destructible objects that aren't even in the way, etc.

I hope it's combat system is like mount and blade, and not like chivalry. I didn't quite catch what game he suggested was similar to the combat. It's just a shame that this is going to be made for cross platforms.
