Need tips for my Youtube channel

I have a Youtube channel (not going to say), where I upload parody videos and gameplays of games like Toontown Rewritten and Turbo Dismount. It's not getting me much views. What kind of videos can I make for more popularity (I don't do ads). My video editing is kind of mediocre too.

how the forget are you supposed to generate attention and publicity for your channel if you aren't trying to subtlety advertise it?

I mean it's not like you're spamming people to watch your channel, it's just "look I need to know what I'm doing wrong so here's my channel"

first of all, you shouldn't be basing your channel on free games
