If you live in california and go to a petco, you'll see they sell food items, cages, shampoo, hell even clothing for ferrets, which is fine and dandy except FERRETS ARE ILLEGAL IN CALIFORNIA. seriously what is the meaning of this?

For dogs the size of friend's rottweiler.  He is LARGER than your average black bear on its hind legs, and is solid muscle and big bones all the way through.  I'd estimate 225lbs or so, and it is not the least bit fat.  I am scared to death of that dog though, especially out in the dark of night when I hear him barking behind me....while running loose.....and he doesn't know who I am....
