Cities can flood here in Argentina and the president doesnt give a stuff, the only thing they do is talk about how good they are and how they will do something and they never do absolutely nothing.
Private schools are better than public ones here, and forget, I am thankful for being in a private one, people kill each other on public on a monthly basis, they are destroyed, dont have any kind of heater or air conditioner, and the teachers dont get paid enough to keep their families.
