on my old account it was banned permanently from PMing people but that randomly happened

because for one if someone sent you something personally such as
"hey guy i got pictures of rocks"
"i don't care"
you shouldn't really report for that i don't think that's really reportable in that sense in the first place

how does one get pm revoked/report revoked/banned so quickly
i've been here for 3 years and i got none of those taken away, nor banned; and i'm sure people have lasted much longer than  me
