you have 2 ip's
one is the one that starts with 75.71 etc (your private IP), and there's one that starts with 101.189 (Router IP) etc,
go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ and after you get the first IP, go into your router settings to see what your router IP is

how2routeroption
i forgot a while ago, but it's how you open your ports and such to host something like minecraft

also the reason why it says it's in galena  or whatever is because that's where your ISP is at, like mine says i'm in dayton but i don't live in dayton

So i command prompt and my ip is 10.0.0.1. somethins wrong pls help

Did you already forward/trigger your ports?

You can find out what your public IP address is through your router.

The address 10.0.0.1 is a private address, which you cannot use online, and only works on your local network. Your router turns that address into a real address you can use online, but you have to know what that is.

such a helpful response. 10/10

First, go to command prompt and type ipconfig.

Find out what your default gateway is and enter that into your browser.

You are now in your router, look for a tab that would tell you what your public address is.

(if it asks for a password and you don't know it, look on the back of your router, it should tell you.)
