IP websites giving me false IPS

Comcast gave me an IP one time that showed me as in Arizona... I'm in NJ.

Port foward and run the server, that's it, give him the IP the website gives you.

It says you live in a different part of Ohio because that's where the data center is located, it's a safety thing so people don't know where you live.
