Again, it's subjective depending on your belief or where you live. Not everyone agrees with you. I'm not bothered to look for where it is classified as a mental illness as I forgot the locations but here's a list of where it's not legal.

Homoloveuality is not recognized as a mental illness in ICD-10 or DSM-IV. The World Health Organization also states that loveual orientation in itself is not a mental illness.
Furthermore, the illegality of homoloveuality has nothing to do with whether it's a mental illness or not. Most laws against it or same-love marriage have no secular basis anyway.

I realise and apologise. I cannot find the locations online and I don't have the text book from which I learnt these studies and facts with me right now. I am 100% sure these exist however and as soon as I find them I'll post them here. If anyone knows of these and would like to share them It'd be helpful as well.

Edit: I remember one of the Psychologists were Freud, but he's probably not the most reliable source.

I mean, is sickle-cell anemia abnormal? If you're not homozygous for the trait, it helps protect against malaria.

None of these things are immoral, they're just minorities.

The problem is that words like "abnormal" and "mental illness" are taken as insults when really they don't have to be.
