what the hell, why is everyone in the 50s-60s level range? didn't we need an overpowered lv81 zapdos and other more leveled pokemon to beat Red?

i hope platinum is a bit more challenging

It's true that Fire Red was actually pretty easy, but Zapdos was the only high level pokemon in Red, the others were 30 - 60

In fact, levels around 50 to 60 seem to be a common thing with the final team, Red had Omastar, Pidgeot and Nidoking, Crystal had Espeon, Dragonite and Pidgeot, Emerald had Mightyena and Graveler, Vileplume fell short by one level, but i'm counting it anyway because it makes 3 for all previous games :cookieMonster:

Zapdos, Feraligator, and Azumarill were the leaders, but Fire Red was more balanced between the mons because Twitch got tired of a single pokemon being the EXP sponge, so they actually managed to have a balance team where they didn't have to depend on a single pokemon at the end

Personally, i don't have a problem with the team being such low levels for post game status, it's kinda stressful having to depend on a single pokemon, and things get real difficult if something happens to it

I bet after the first two days they'll be stuck at the same place with the same Bidoof.

I'm not surprised their fire starter was released, the fire pokemon get released, the water pokemon go on to become something great, and no one cares about grass

Though i thought it was gonna be harder to release pokemon, not easier...

Didn't Emerald have a part you needed to run across? I lost the game, but I'm sure there was a part like that.

this looks so cool.
and boring sometimes.

Sunbrella's an okay nickname for Budew, but i really prefer my name 'Umbrella Crop'... -3-

Pretty much how it's been ever since Mr. Giovanni's Wild Ride.

Oh look, a "megabump".

Platinum ~ Black 2...

That's a long time since anyone posted.

Also apparently trolls get the most fame.

And I only tried to help the TPP community with Pokemon X Touch Coordinates.

Wow, release is in the same spot as yes

God

Dang it

People still find this entertaining? Jesus Christ.

So, they can not risk visiting the PCs in Black, Black 2, X, and OR/AS. OR/AS will probably have the same PC layout unless Game Freak edits it.

It bugs me that someone always has to come along and say this whenever this topic is bumped

Yes people still find this entertaining, which is why the stream is still going and the reddit page is still active

But yes, the hype has obviously gone down since Pokemon Red, there's been a steady amount of 600 people since Platinum compared to the 100,000 back then, the view count does get a spike whenever a new game starts, but it goes down later on

With the help of Twitch Plays 3DS, they're gonna be playing Pokemon X/Y next, so it might be more interesting since they'll have to navigate in 3D and figure out how they're gonna use the grind rails

Not sure how PokeMon Amie and Super Training is gonna work though

Considering it's Pokemon X/Y with a coat of Hoenn thrown over it, the PC will most likely be the same :cookieMonster:

By the way, the chat input filter and touch screen greasemonkey scripts seems to have stopped working for me, can anyone else who uses TPP greasemonkey scripts on Firefox confirm that something is not working?

Greasemonkey and the two scripts are all up to date
