I beat Portal 2

What a beautiful game that is. It came out right around my birthday, and you can bet I played through and beat that stuff the day I got it.

What did you think of the ending?

I really agree with Yahtzee on Portal 1 vs Portal 2.

Portal 1 is a puzzle game, Portal 2 is a sight seeing tour with a puzzle game in it. You complete a couple levels, then you go for a sight seeing tour where you look for the white panel to progress.

Portal 1 sorta turned a bit into that right after you finished the final "level."
Didn't last for nearly as long as portal 2's sightseeing does though.

Doesn't make it a bad game at all though, I think portal 2 easily surppasses portal 1, but portal 2 was definitely less true to the genre than the first.

I don't know about surpassing portal 1, i liked the atmosphere in that game better.

Also I'm not saying Portal 2 is bad by any means, that game is phenomenal. It just doesn't match up to portal 1.

I got portal one for free when osx support came out and got the second for free two christmases ago in the christmas update after i bought portal two for the xbox. Was cool.
