People can't join my server

So I've been looking at my server text and I keep seeing: sending punch packet to [Person's ID]
And theres a lot of those messages. I keep resetting my server but that doesn't help...
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro

Maybe you have port forwarded your server to a different computer.
Or you have port forwarded and didn't set a static IP.

If that's not the case, try disabling your Firewall.

The only way to host on your internet without port forwarding is to use a router that has UPnP capability (most do), and make sure it isn't disabled in the router settings or ingame.

If you are on Windows, just type in "Firewall" after clicking start.
Or if you have a other program like ZoneAlarm, try disabling that.

Everyone can Port Forward, some can't do it on their own modem and need to go to a website of their ISP.
But Port Forwaring isn't necessary to being able to join. So if you haven't messed in it yet don't do it.
