Some mods change that, I think People Soup used to but for whatever reason Techno Bacon disabled the option

It's pretty crashy but the amount of content is definitely worth it in my opinion. Not to mention the fact that guns really do behave like guns should and do, like, bullets fly where you're aiming like they would in real life instead of spraying all over the place like the bore on the barrel is a caliber too high or something

I haven't looked it up but can you drive vehicles in it? And if so, how are the physics (because it is my duty as a Blocklander to seek better vehicle physics)?

no, you can't drive vehicles
during development they implemented a pretty complex physics system, and with a mod you can bring in vehicles but they don't really fit in with the game that great
