Answer the following question. A fellow Blocklander is arguing with another about kill-stealing. How do you stop the argument from continuing while being polite? I would first ask about the situation and what happened. Then based off of that I would take any administrative action if needed.
Answer the following question. A Blocklander is chat spamming. What do you do to get him/her to stop? If you have a mute mod, it'd be a 30-120 second mute depending on the content of the spam. After the mute, if the player continues to spam, I would kick or ban depending on the amount of warnings.

Why do you want to be admin? I would love to help the development of this server, it's a great idea and I love to see servers that are social-based, not gamemode-based. I can administrate frequently (however I am admin at a few other servers so I can't be on for 7 hours straight lol), I'm a good builder, so if you need any help I'd be glad to help out. I'm slow to ban, and I work on a warning system depending on the situation. I'm a friendly player and I enjoy seeing players have fun, and I make sure they aren't having any problems. Unlike some administrators, I hang out with the players, engage in their conversations instead of just focusing completely on their job.
Finally, to make sure you have read thoroughly, what is the goal of this server? To create a social environment for players.
