Setting admins/host is relatively easy, you can find most of the stuff you need in the config folder where you set the .dme file. Once you make yourself host/gm/whatever the highest rank is you can either add others to the admin list or just upgrade their rank ingame. Also add me on steam, lugnut, I sent you a request.

Put byond:// before the ip and put that in your address bar on your web browser. Or you can do the same thing from within byond's panel by hitting the "Open" button(i think) on the games area.
