"Her" was actually very very good. All the shots were beautiful and it was slightly sci-fi-ish but not very far into the future, so most people can relate to it.
Probably my favorite movie of 2013.

"Gravity" was a very pretty movie and the effects were incredible, but the plot made absolutely no sense to anyone that actually looks at it. I would go into detail on why this is but it would contain some spoilers and you guys probably dont care anyway

Agreed. Visually it was very impressive, but the story annoyed me. They should have just dooped the weak attempt at a plot and given us more awesome space stuff. Or like, twenty more minutes of Sandra Bullock moaning. I would have been okay with that.

The only reason 12 Years will win Best Picture is because the Academy has a hard-on for period pieces and doesn't want to attract criticism for being "tribal" if they don't pick it.

The biggest travesty is that Inside Llewyn Davis wasn't nominated whatsoever.

We are now best friends Big Bear.

I felt like Sandra Bullock wasn't that great of an actor, and that some of her performances were really over-dramatized.

I hope Jonah Hill get's an oscar and not Leo

well, this is expected from Spike.

Used Shanghai as a stand-in for LA 0/10 no Oscar.

Bump. The ceremony has begun, and Jared Leto won his well-deserved Supporting Actor award.
