Author Topic: How athletic are you?  (Read 3446 times)

I've got a little bit of a belly, but I'm quite happy with it. I like having a bit of shape to me rather than just being skinny.

I don't do loads of exercise, but I usually have atleast an hour or so's worth of walking a day up and down hills, plus all your general activity that a normal day includes.

My diet isn't the best since I am prone to overconsumption, since I do love food.
But for the most part what I eat is usually healthy.

I need my friend at uni to stop coming back home though, since everytime he does I end up going to KFC with him and another friend. :/

I suppose strength wise I'm not the strongest, but that's not to say I'm incapable of doing anything.
I'm not bad at getting lids off of jars.

And I can run, but I don't do it a lot. My stamina could probably be improved, but I don't bother with going out of my way to exercise and my daily life doesn't give me much need to run or jog.

I do 30-60 minutes on treadmill every day and I play hockey

What position? My season ended a month ago.

i'm not really in shape, i can only do a mile in 13min if i really push myself. i'm great at sit ups tho even though i have a very noticeable stomach...
also i can do more push ups than anyone else in my jrotc flight so yay go me

I love to inline skate - a lot. I'm very springy, so to speak. Not too strong in the arms, though.

I can run four laps around the track without stopping and do fitty push ups, so I guess that's not too bad? I dunno.

Ok I did read "How autistic are you?" on the first sight.

My running's not quite that good, though I haven't really tried recently, but I'm right there next to you with 50 pushups

I'm underweight and I spend all my time in front of a monitor. 2gud.

I play 3 seasons of sports. I used to play pee wee football but since my school Im at RN doesn't offer it, I play golf in the fall, basketball in winter, and baseball in the spring. Im active all the time, and generate lift at the gym erryday.

Im 6'3", 180 pounds so Im smaller than I want to be.

I'm not very athletic at all. I can play floor hockey and badminton decently... so yeah, nothing at all to be proud of.

My new year's resolution was to work out and gain some muscle, though. Three months in and I'm beginning to see some progress. Feels good man.

I ride my bike for miles per trip which is usual for me

The longest I've gone is maybe 20 miles

im not fat but i don't do stuff.

I weigh 165(ish)  and about 5 foot 9
