Once the doors come out, all of you will recieve a pm. So far, I have one house, a large number of roads for the residential area, and once set of stop lights. The stop lights will all use the same timer for red and green lights (they do have yellow lights). I have set up a system to allow admins to clear or spawn vehicles as needed on all the spawns in the city. The road is 64x64 for more room.
