Oh come on, people who defend him like this are just as bad as people who attack him for his poor spelling.

Both parties just look at the fact that he has poor spelling due to his disability and then judge his character entirely upon that.
Furling is more than just a deaf person. He has a personality and a character.
When people come in and say you can't call him stupid because he's deaf you immediately ignore any of his character and just jump on his disability again.

It's just as bad as anyone else who judges him on account of him being deaf. It's all prejudice.

And it's acceptable for people to dislike that person for his character just as it's fine to like him for it.

I still feel like being around other people's normal english for such a long time would maybe teach him to get better, but he's remained the same.

You can't get it through your skull that we find him stupid for MORE than his disability.
