exactly. the games are still owned. and "abandonware" is not some legal term to ok it all.

i think the original Wipeout for PSX and PC is abandonware go check it out

Bethesda needs to get off their ass and republish these games. It was agreed that they would have the rights to sell and distribute the old games as of jan 1st, 2014. There excuse it that they were still dealing with legal papers. Most likely it is low priority since they dealing with eldar scrolls online or they just want to bury the games promote 3 and fallout 4.

Buy it Amazon, or ask someone on No Mutants Allowed for help.

Also the gog version comes already modded. Steam version requires a bit of tweaking to get rid of the rainbows color bug.

Except after you learn them. Like I did. In 2012. After a few hours of play. Anyways, the mechanics aren't what everyone liked about the first two Fallout games. It was the freedom the games gave you. Want to be all muscle and no brain? You can.
