Missouri has the death penalty. I really don't think it is bad enough for the death penalty.

We just had someone executed over in Kansas City earlier this week.

People love their animals the normal amount, as much as any human family member.

But people's senses don't always match their animal love, and suddenly you get people doing this.

Its not going to be a death sentence
