The physics are nice, the quick way to build via the studio is nice but the servers are too loving laggy, you get banned for everything and the community is full of stuffheads.

Joined in 2011 right before the downfall, it was really fun until a bunch of idiots came in and ruined the community.

I've been playing Blockland since 2007, and if the opinion of this forum at that time had any truth to it, 2011 was long past 'the downfall.' I can't really say much else since as I said I've never played it, but it irks me when people act like they caught onto something at the tail end of its awesomeness when in reality they only thought it was awesome when they first joined because of its novelty.

Roblox's physics and complex mechanics is the reason why the game can't run very well with a brick count over 1000. Otherwise, it's still a great game.

I also think bc is just not worth it

BC is literally just aesthetic benefits, aside from being able to have multiple places.

everyone's always very conservative when it comes to talking about roblox- i 'unno, it was an overall bad game. it looked and controlled awfully, making custom content was a pain and overly awkward, it lagged ridiculously, and regarding the community- you think family rp's are bad? the roblox community is practically the KING of recycling gamemodes.

I'll never forget this one time-
I sent an email to their support email, asking them what forum engine they used.
They sent me back a pre-typed reply, linking me to the ROBLOX wiki, which has no information on what engine the forums use.
I also got banned for telling that admins that they're immature because they posted a minecraft vs. blockland thing.

i really like building with ROBLOX studio, and





...that's all I can say about it, really
I mean some places are cool, but for the most part I don't really like anything besides the building
I guess I also like that the characters are more customizable, but even then you can't get exactly what you like on your character without paying money.

also i have turbo BC but I haven't been on in quite a while

I love the game, actually. I've been playing it with friends, and I've actually had an account for almost 5 years. It's actually really good... and this will make a lot of you cringe, but I'm Builders Club. Roblox is pay to win, and the only way you get the suitable currency to win you have to be builders club. And since I play it so much, I went for it.
