I'll never forget this one time-
I sent an email to their support email, asking them what forum engine they used.
They sent me back a pre-typed reply, linking me to the ROBLOX wiki, which has no information on what engine the forums use.
I also got banned for telling that admins that they're immature because they posted a minecraft vs. blockland thing.
Their customer support is truly awful.
I bought a hat the very second it went off sale. It took my Robux, but it didn't add the hat to my account.
No matter how many times I emailed them, sent them messages on Twitter ( I made a twitter account just for this ), or anything, they didn't respond, or they gave me a bot response. I had to
snail mail Roblox to get this fixed. And it wasn't fixed.
This was over a year ago. I'm still waiting for them to either give me my hat or my Robux back.
