sweet! I softmodded my PC- OH WAIT A MINUTE

Is there like a way to turn your XBOX outright into a PC

because that would be really sick
You can install Windows 98 on a Original Xbox.

Demonstrates Windows 98 on Xbox

EDIT: Shows how to install Windows 98 (KEEP ANNOTATIONS ON!)

Oh yeah, forgot about that. I'm assuming you can also install any OS that can run in DOS as well, since there is a DOSBox port for the XBox

I modded my old Xbox with like 31 emulators Ps2, Nintendo (Projet 64)

There is even a playable halo 2 stage demo.
Also Dolphin support is added but games like melee only get like 15 frames lol.

I don't think PS2 and Gamecube emulation would be possible on an original xbox.

You need an adapter for your pc.

Also, for Halo Xbox version i use this.
http://prntscr.com/2yu074

That to make custom maps on Xbox.

To Sync/test.

So adapter support is possible.

I rooted my new sony smartphone
we're equal
right?

Has anyone ever heard of JTAGs for Xbox 360s? It's exploiting your Xbox 360 to be able to do a lot of things, some I won't mention due to a piracy rule.

You can:
Use custom dashboards
Use any sized hard drive
Mod games like COD in terrifyingly insane ways (like those mod menus)
Custom apps
Custom games (not indie games)
Console screenshots without a capture card

And a whole lot of other things.

It's not that easy though, as it requires a lot of mechanical knowledge and skill. Mainly soldering and lots of tools.

YOU WILL GET CONSOLE BANNED IF YOU GO ONLINE WITH IT, SO I RECOMMEND MAKING A SECONDARY XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT AND CONSOLE.

Here's a guide, go read it.

I've thought about doing it to my old, RROD'd Xbox 360.....but I heard I had to do some kind of reballing and stuff and I don't think I'd be able to do that yet.

i WOULD JTAG mine but I have 0 experience in soldering and other things

Same, but I want to get experience in soldering by hardmodding consoles....and maybe fixing that damn faulty RAM slot in my Thinkpad T30
