For the same price as a 8 GB VPS from this provider, I can get a 32 GB Servermania dedicated server. They're just overpriced. I want a budget provider, not a top-notch one like DreamHost.Not this again...

I didn't see this earlier. DreamHost is not a 'top-notch' server provider by any means. They're probably one of your worst possible options.

What I meant is top-notch quality, not price efficiency. Dream host probably uses state-of-the-art hardware and endless RAID arrays. They probably undersell the servers. But a 4 GB VPS from them costs $200 while at We Love Servers, it costs $15.

Well, if you really know what Dream host is on the inside, I guess I incorrectly judged their quality based on the prices.
What I really meant was something like Linode or another well-known provider.

Quite frankly, VPS architectures are built for use with linux guests. OpenVZ works with Windows, but OVZ is a piece of stuff as software so good companies don't usually use it or have a cheaper plan that uses it. If I wanted a windows based remote host I would get a dedicated server.

In my experience, KVM and Xen host Windows VPS's quite stabily.

I didn't say it was unstable, I just said that the software was built to run Linux and only extended to support Windows, which causes the Windows support to be inferior to Linux in quality. Maybe that doesn't matter to you as much as it matters to me, but I prefer solutions that are 100%, not just "work."
