in my opinion it makes games look and feel smoother

I personally disable motion blur in like every game I know.
It has a really tacky annoying feeling whenever the game runs at under 59 FPS, or when the sensitivity is too low. For example I think the motion blur in Arma 2/3 is simply horrid.
Source games have the blur done right, so I leave it on there, but it's like the only games I ever have it on though. Not even racing games make an exception, I like to see the details  and even so it's hard to focus on anything except straight ahead so motion blur would be nice and add to the effect, but in racing games it just seems like a excuse to make the scenery look bad. Many racing games take advantage of motion blur and make the scenery look worse.
But I think motion blur would suit Blockland well if done right.

how's it impossible
we can remodel everything that moves into a strange blur
and then have it change models when it moves
would be crappy but hey

motion blur is great in games expressly designed around speed

inversely, motion blur in games where the fastest thing moving is your head as you turn around is apparently not so great

Maybe motion blur in extremely bright environments or really dark foggy ones, but that's about it.

This man kinda gets it

Maybe use a third party software if it exists

either that or you just have a hard time brown townyzing posts for information
Port knew what I was talking about, therefore you should too.
That post makes sense, I stated that we can create another model of the player, an exact replica, but with a blur on it, and then have the player change models when he or she moves.
If it doesn't make sense to you again, I don't know what to say.

Dude, you seriously have no idea what you're talking about and this is not how motion blur works.

Yeah, but, then you would have to make replicas of everything, which would also be triggered by you/your head moving/spinning.
Otherwise, if we keep your idea, there will be no effect when you move/spin, it will only look good if you stay still and watch others run.
