It was lent to him by a multi-billion pound company who funds their own Bike race team.
They can afford to let someone mess around on a 10k bike when it gets several million views in advertising.
I don't think they're suggesting people actually use their 10k roadbikes for BMX tricks.
Also, bear in mind that the bike is actually closer to $15000 USD, rather than $10000
