gameplay makes it look the same as civ5 except in space

I can see that but i mean the tech tree will be completely different (not even a tree anymore), and the affinities sound really awesome. Also unit customization.

Don't get me wrong Im not gonna buy it right when it comes out, I'll wait for the price to fall (and to see if it actually is a new gameplay experience)
