If you tell me "try wut ur afraid of!11" then read this: "without getting a stupid anxiety attack" Trying these things will probably make me get an anxiety attack.
I've honestly pissed myself off over my fear of doing things not within my designated age group and I am tired of it.
What do you guys recommend? (yes, I am going to visit my therapist and hopefully talk to him about it, but I am REALLY being pressured to do something within this fear)
