back in like 2011 we had a 5.0 on the east coast, the one right before hurricane irene dropped alot of rain.

it felt like a swing strangely, but overall it didnt do much besides blow up everything lightly damage some monuments

Yeah, I was out kayaking during the east coast earthquake. I can remember all the pylons shaking, hearing rumbling/ seeing smoke coming out of some smoke stacks near where we were. Scary stuff.

I've never experienced an earthquake, even though I live on the largest fault in America.

Actually, New Madrid is down by Kentucky.  Still close though.

Watched this in class recently.  I had goosebumps running laps up and down my spine and down my arms for a lot of it.  Most of you probably won't watch the whole thing though.
