No matter how big Russia is, USA would be able to dominate it in straight war. But since Russia and China are allied, China will tell USA to back down and if they don't, China&Russia VS USA and give or take a few powerful allies on each side. It's a messy war that no one wants to see.

Because it's a forum full of 15-year-old boys who think that China is like this arch-nemesis of freedom and is this tyrannical country, even though one of the biggest things Obama has done during his time as president is to improve our political ties.

I would also like to point out that China couldn't just cut off their economical ties with us: They are a heavy exporting country that relies on purchases from around the world. That said, what would happen if they didn't export for say, 20 years (WWIII time estimate on my part?) I can fairly comfortably assume their economy would be in shambles.

You sign up for the selective service, which isnt a draft. Its just a system put in place to make the creation of a draft easier. A lot of people in the selective service wouldnt be eligible for a draft due to mental or physical illnesses.
