Half the time either the hotkeys don't even work, meaning I have to relaunch the program, the link it gives me after I puush something starts downloading a corrupted useless jpg instead of opening the image in the browser, or it fails to upload in the first place.

Sometimes it happens to me using Upload File, whether it's via the Ctrl+Shift+U hotkey or the button on the program.
But it is really annoying that I can't just upload through the website...
