Author Topic: Looking to buy an old, old console.  (Read 1543 times)

Not to be a hipster or a nostalgia freak, it's just that I've never played those games, but I've had an interest for a while. I've ran emulators before, and I don't think it's the same thing. Does anybody know where I can get a really cheap console ($30 or under)? I have seen one that runs a lot of old games, but it's $70. And it's not one of the real old consoles. I may get it though. I also know where I can get really old games, theres a place with SNES and Atari games near my house.

i have mario all stars for SNES but i dont have a SNES

Wait, you made a topic about wanting money a week ago, and now you want to spend it on something completely different now that you have it?

I decided. I don't see why you care, anyways.

I just thought saving up is better than spending as soon as you get it. I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just saying that i've made some bad investments before and maybe you should really think if you're going to use this before you buy it.

PS2s, XBOXs and N64s usually sell for less than $20

forget, an N64 would be great. But I want something older, because I've played some N64 games before.

there are other similar brands for like 35 bucks. but this is a better one

these 3rd party new ones are better because you dont have to "blow" on old cartridges to prep the old things. they simply play games better.

Well I definitely am going to get an NES or SNES. But I don't know where to start.

I've seen gamestores that sell like

BOTH

in one console. I dunno if it's a niche product that no longer is being sold, but if you find that, I'd get that.

I was really looking to get an original project. I don't know if it's stupidity, but I just feel like playing the real thing is better. For me at least.

Buy the original Pong
