So was it debunked that Hammer and Pacnet are the same person or not? They sound like the same person with two different forced personalities.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and predict that hammereditor is going to get banned again.  Obviously I could ban him for no reason, but what I mean is that at some point he will leave me no choice.

The warning signs:
1. History of being banned - Most people don't change.
2. Associates closely with banned user - Pacnet is going to be whining about Blockland to him constantly, poisoning his mind.
3. Can't follow a forum conversation - At least twice in this thread he couldn't tell who people were talking to.  This is a big one that I've seen play out several times.  Most habitual problem users suffer from poor reading comprehension which leads to them getting in needless arguments over misunderstandings.
4. Talks frequently about how his past bad behavior is behind him.  People who obsess over their past are not over it.  I'm going to dub this clean slate syndrome - people who are obsessed with starting over never get anywhere.  

At least you have finally acknowledged that I and Pacnet are brothers.

Pacnet actually claimed that he hates Hammereditor because his dad allegedly likes Hammer better and gives him hundreds of bucks a month to run his hosting service and pac doesn't get anything but a bunch of swearing

This is completely untrue. Let me explain.
This is what Pacnet says my "hundreds of bucks" consists of:

Money earned from Dogecoin mining: $180/month
Price of VPS for HammerHost: $40/month
Price of electricity to run Dogecoin mining operation (1100 watts): $92/month

First of all, I started mining Scrypt-based crypto-currencies in December, and it became my new passion after getting kicked out of BL. I invested my own time and money buying new video carcards/hardware, and risking my investment. For all I knew, in a few weeks mining could suddenly become as profitable as turd-mining. After that, I then used the new revenue off of my first video card to buy a second one. And then another one. My fortune of bitcoins was a hard-earned investment, not something I am getting for free.

Now let's move on to the free electricity thing. Yes, my computing hardware uses a lot of power, and I do not have to pay for it, since I am not an adult. But you know what? Pacnet's not 18 either. If he also mined crypto-coins, too, he would also get free electricity.

Now I've whittled it down to just the VPS, for $40/month. And that too isn't free. My father says I have to start making a profit with the hosting service in 2-3 months. If I cannot, then the hosting market is not good for me, and it's game over for HammerHost. And even if I start turning a profit, I have to make up for the losses of past months before getting access to any of it.

So Pacnet, please stop spreading your lies. Our dad favors both of us equally in normal circumstances. But unfortunately, he's not very impressed about Pacnet's Self Delete-ban.

I can confirm that Pacnet is whining. He has even threatened...
to DoS my hosting service.
Pacnet said to me in real life, after getting banned, "I'm going to attack HammerHost. Your hosting service will fail.". And he said this in a low-pitched, ominous tone of voice. Since how something is said is just as important as the literal words, I revoked Pacnet's HammerHost beta testing account.

Not even I can trust Pacnet anymore, since this is the second time he Self Delete-posted.

Well I certainly do not do the same thing again and again.
In order to prove that I have improved, I always do productive things rather than making drama topics about the same crap every few days.

its annoying as stuff and its nowhere near necessary. its actually sort of insulting how you think that we have to have a forgetin signal in order to tell which words are
