Author Topic: Wide-spread Authentication Errors  (Read 4140 times)

Badspot said something along the lines that it's just a bunch of flooding coming from an individual user.  It isn't strong or sophisticated enough to be a full-powered DDoS though, just a minor annoyance that wastes about 30 seconds of your time.

Mkay, Thanks for the information...
The Auth. Errors seem to be decreasing today anyways...

Note: This is dramatic...
I just don't think this is what the Drama Section had in mind...

Happened to me twice yesterday.

probably BDX or pacnet
BDX is too handicapped to even know how to do a simple ping overload.
Pacnet is a definite possibility, considering his experience with the 'net.

Badspot said the word "unsophisticated". If it was either Pacnet or I, we would have been de-activated by now.

A whole bunch of people on the server I was on (including myself) literally got picked off one by one by these authentication errors.

we are under a cyber attack, all systems down

we have to find the punk responsible

I am an autherror victim as well
