The Radeon HD 5000 series is from 2010. With a poor-wattage power supply, why not buy more energy-efficient 28nm GPU cards?
I have Radeon HD 5730 gpu on my gaming laptop from 2010 and it runs skyrim on max graphic settings with no fps issues.
it also runs ultra shaders without much of a problem either

so yeah i dont see whats so bad about those cards

The power supply and ventilation is poor in this eMachine case, so it makes sense to opt for more efficiency.

What are you trying to do with this computer?

Run Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 and Monster Truck Madness?
