Ive never seen a canyon that have even grooves following across it like that.
Needs more natural rock facing and less duplication.

Sure it might be harder to build, but it will look 100% better.

Tbh... its spammy as forget. Its obv that all you did was make one section out of a 4x1x5 and dup it a million times. The outlines on the bricks make it look even worse and the one single color is even worse. I suggest you give the rock a bit more shape and randomness,  add some color layers to the rock. And use larger bricks. Other than that I tyink you have a good thing going here and it has good potential.  Sorry for my harshness,  I was just being honest.

The road should be higher, or the top of the mountain lower, there's no reason they'd put a road there, it looks like a waste of TNT they would have had to use to make it.

Yes...you can only get a hill with GSF's as its impossible to do you an overlapping brick...and inverses in the rock are also impossible as GSF's cannot create floating bricks. I've tried to use the procedural (<-- Probably not spelled right) terrain generator but i don't understand it and when i try it it only generates complete bullstuff floating in the air lol

You can easily solve this by placing a connecting brick between one secured terrain brick and then having the other end resting in the inverted terrain brick.
