our belly button grow teeth and eat us alive.

The World Will End When Everyone Starts To Type Like This

That would take a while for all the Oxygen in the world to run out though if all plants magically poofed.
The scenario in question though wouldn't allow for plants to all simultaneously die.
They'd slowly die in a gradual rate, with the Oxygen output slowly decreasing at the same rate.

The planet would slowly be starved of Oxygen, leaving all animals to lose consciousness and die. No time to eat eachother.

Plus, should humanity exist in this situation as it does now, then we'd be constantly pumping CO2 and other pollutants into the air, which wouldn't be used up as much due to the dying of the plants, and whatever cause is removing CO2 anyway.

Should plant life die out then there wouldn't be time for carnivores to eat eachother.
Without plant life there would be no Oxygen recycling, therefore every animal and aerobic bacteria dies of asphyxiation.
Untrue. The oxygen level would very, very slowly decrease. There may be 7.13 billion people but we don't use up that much oxygen.

we passed 7 billion 2 years ago...

I think that if the world ends, it will just happen without anything specific happening just like how the Earth was said to start (The Big Bang Theory). It just happened.

Scientists have estimated that we can live without plant life and plenty of oxygen for up to 10,000 years.
