fite me irl. dare insult the nation of 'merica or a citizen then you get a beating ol chap.
since i have extremely limited mobility (3 ft from my couch) i will have to PM you my address in order for me to smash you. I look forward however to destroying america's position as a superpower.

Yolo is never an excuse to do stupid stuff. Sure, it used to be used as a way of motivation, in that you have to make the most of your life, but tweeting "Just consumed 50mg of antifreeze, yolo!!!!!" is not making the most of your life.

Basically, explained by this.
Sorry if this is considered as flaming, just needed to get it out.

OP is planning on Self Delete.  Impending death thread.

What's the point of anything in life anyway if we die and are just nothing afterwards? If there is no life after death, we may as well just kill ourselves now; no point in delaying the inevitable.

Because people can give their life their own meaning if there's no inherent meaning to life.

We also naturally learn towards not blowing our brains out.

i'm not lol. just spreading some positivity.

and let me be clear, i'm not saying get yourself killed. life is awesome. just have a little fun, you know?
loosen up a bit, all that.

So... yolo?

I never really got why YOLO meant "do crazy stuff who cares if you die".
You'd think it would mean "be really loving careful and worried because you've only got one life and if you waste it you're done" but I guess not.

I am pretty sure I'm ready to die...I keep wallowing around in these forums so its obvious, right?  :cookieMonster:

Kind of stretching it, don't you think?

I prefer this so long as its legal and not against general accepted morals.

Go out and do some crazy stuff, get arrested, make art, forget like rabbits, who cares? Do something that'll make an impact in the future, or at least in someone else's life.
Translation: "Get an existential crCIA and start making rash, irresponsible decisions because YOLO"

This is why I don't invite existential nihilists to my birthday parties.

this has nothing to do with "yolo"

i'm not saying get yourself killed, just be happy and quit letting stupid stuff bother you. have fun. that's it.

jesus, i can't even try to cheer people up without people ruining it. come on, guys.

He's not an existential nihilist he's a fundamental Christian.

Worrying about getting arrested is not 'stupid stuff'. It's a social obligation that most people try to follow.
