It's honestly the best hosting service I've ever seen at such a low price. Sure, 000webhost is free and all, but lithium gives you WAY more stuff.

Just a note about chicagoVPS, their (cheap) plans are OpenVZ which means they oversell the stuff out of their servers. While it may have a maximum amount of all those things, there's no guarantee the resources are actually available to you. They might be, but there's no guarantee.
