I don't see this upgrade thing anywhere

It's been planned since January, there has not been much press on it. About 1-2 articles. They just did an upgrade last year too and the Northeast was the first to get it, then it slowly went to every one throughout the year.

For proof; I only have a price chart.

neat. I'll probably talk to pacha about it since he has the same isp as me.

Well, the upload speed isn't complete stuff anymore (from 0.84 mb/s), but they still are pretty inconsistent with my upload speed.

I'm going to try to directly connect my computer to my modem, lets see how this works
and same speed

also, how can I tell if my current router supports it?try a different speedtest
No, the cable hookup to the home is having signal problems.

The effects of a signal problem is that the TV signal can go black for a few seconds then come back.

Go to 192.168.100.1 (depending on your type of modem) and do a complete wipe of the config they sent, then do a reset. Your internet will go out for about 5 minutes, if you don't get it then you don't have access yet. You might get lucky if you call them though.

I have an arris router, I see status hwfw version event log cm state and advanced, where2go
