I can honestly say that I respect every aspect about you, Night Fox, except for one: The idea that you're still breathing.

Wow you're being a total cunt man, you don't have to get your opinion across on every little thing.
Seriously there are things you should just keep to yourself, you don't have to go around putting down people who are dead/missing loved ones just so you can get a word in.
I really wouldn't have said anything if he hadn't said this
To this day I can honestly say that it should have been me, not her.
bc I don't understand where people get the idea that anyone should die, whether or not it's in the place of another. it doesn't matter who's saying it or who they're saying should die. why would someone put themselves down like that, saying that their life is worth less than someone else's. I don't really think it matters what I say about someone who isn't around to hear it, at this point
You asked me how Windows and Xbox changed the world, I gave you a straight forward answer.
What I said can be backed up by a simple search.
It had an impact on lives and the economy, that alone changed the world in its own way.
"the world" means this planet, not just the big third-world countries where almost everyone has access to computers
I can honestly say that I respect every aspect about you, Night Fox, except for one: The idea that you're still breathing.
you're not even gonna say anything worth saying? you're just trying to insult me now? for what reason?

I really wouldn't have said anything if he hadn't said this
You really wouldn't have said anything if you had any empathy or common sense.
I mean you may as well kill yourself, if there's a 0% chance of you doing anything noteworthy then who would care that someone who clearly isn't doing anything for society died.
you're not even gonna say anything worth saying? you're just trying to insult me now? for what reason?
Because you're being a richardhead, I don't know how you can be so far in the wrong without even knowing it.
Do you have the social skills of a bucket or what?

First World
Third World

you're not even gonna say anything worth saying? you're just trying to insult me now? for what reason?

You are honestly not worth my time, so why say anything worth yours?

Also, If I were to say "I'm glad Riddler killed himself" that wouldn't be an insult directed towards Riddler, just as my saying that I would be happy if you killed yourself is not a direct insult towards you. The only insult here is the fact that you breath the same air as me.

Well, this thread turned sour fast

at this point"the world" means this planet, not just the big third-world countries where almost everyone has access to computers
Did you not see my post when I had mentioned economy? Or do you even know how that works? I'm not only referring to North America.
He affected a market economy that brought more money into peoples lives, for all we know some of that money could have been from immigrants in third world countries or people who went to third world countries.

I genuinely don't understand how saying that someone's deceased cousin wasn't gonna change the world means that I should be dead and/or kill myself
First World
Third World
I got mixed up. is that the only point you're gonna make?

yeah, what I said was rude. but this is just ridiculous. what's wrong with you?

the economy of first-world countries (I got it right just for you xalos) isn't the world. "changing the world" does not mean creating a temporary effect on entertainment and money. religion and medicine and science change the world, software companies don't

here's a concept for you to re-learn real quick: you simply don't riff on someone's dead cousin, especially if they're still pretty raw about it.
doing so will only lead to your ass being kicked fifty times by everyone nearby.

also, i'm pretty sure software kind of plays a large part in both medicine and science

are you serious right now LOL

'changing the world' can apply to having an impact on the people who live on it because the people who live on it have an impact on the world.
seriously open your eyes man, bill gates has really impacted the people who live on earth in the milky way galaxy, since you enjoy getting technical

There is medicine and science which would not exist if not for Micro$oft. Not much of it, but it's there.

I don't know what "riff" means in that context but I'm pretty sure that I wasn't doing it

and software in general does, sure, so does hardware. computers changed the world. bill gates, specifically, did not

then we have different ideas of what "changing the world" means
slavery being gone or at least looked down upon in most of the world is an example of the world changing. but that can't be credited to any one person

examples?? please. I doubt microsoft was behind any serious advancements in either of those fields

by the way, gamefandan, I'm sorry. what I said was rude. I shouldn't have said it. if I could change the past, I wouldn't have said it. but I still don't think I've deserved most of the stuff you people have been saying

bill gates created microsoft, which then created windows, which in turn is being used to assist science, medicine and lots of other important stuff, not to mention making people's lives easier.

also, you're likely also using a Windows computer to dismiss all of the above.

by the way, gamefandan, I'm sorry.

Thank you for apologizing.
