A rope tool. Let's you tie other players up so they can't move, the rope appears on them with their hands behind their backs.

Would be useful for hostage situations.

I think some handcuffs were created a while ago which did this, it shouldn't be too hard to make a rope model

What about if you became a corpse like in SMM? So you can carry hostages

The problem with the handcuffs was that they forgeted up with changing playertypes, as expected. I wonder if there is a way to disable item usage without changing playertypes...
