Well there goes my recommendation. I get strep throat every year like clockwork. Take your antibiotics and stick to a regimen of room temperature soup.

Drink a lot of liquids.. It will be painful, but this will heal overtime.

Also, do not drink anything cold(unless it is Vitamin C water).
